To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product isn't used or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds on tweezers due to hygiene reasons and we apologise we are unable to approve refunds on out liquid products.

2. Timeframe for Refund

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service at info@toolashed.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request - [your order number]." Include your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as photos.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your refund request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Certain types of items cannot be refunded, such as personalized items or gift cards.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. it’s the customers responsibility to provide correct address details. We take no responsibility for the address being incorrect. This is the customers responsibility.


Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.


Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
